The basic structure of the product is as follows: one end of the cylinder body is connected to the pipe connector, the other end is equipped with a cylinder head, there is a sealed piston in the cylinder body, and the end of its piston rod is placed in the cylinder head, the piston rod in the cylinder body is equipped with springs, and there are high-pressure and low-pressure stops in the piston rod in the cylinder head, the high-pressure stops and low-pressure stops and high-pressure and low-pressure alarm microswitches fixed in the cylinder body and the cylinder head correspond to each other respectively, the two switches are connected by a switch located on the cylinder head, and the two switches are connected by a switch located on the cylinder head. The two switches are connected to the alarm bell through the socket on the cylinder head.

The alarm can be installed in the running line or pressure gauge interface through the pipe connector, DC power supply 6V or AC 220V can be used, after installation, rotate the high and low pressure stopper or rotate the cylinder head to realize the contact distance adjustment. When the cooling water pressure is not normal, the change of pressure will make the piston move, and when the pressure is low, the low-pressure stopper will make the low-pressure alarm microswitch turn on and sound the alarm bell; when the pressure is high, the high-pressure stopper will make the high-pressure alarm microswitch turn on and sound the alarm bell. This technology is applicable to the pressure control of all kinds of operating equipment and pressure vessels, so that it can work safely within the normal pressure range, and alarm in time when there is a problem, so as to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
