During the inventory process, department administrators are required to fill in the contents of the "Fixed Asset Inventory Form" of the corresponding department while conducting the inventory. The inventory personnel will sign the final signature, and then submit it to the general administrator and general affairs director for signature. And hand it over for storage; after a thorough inventory of materials is completed, the department sub-administrator will truthfully fill in all the contents on the corresponding "Fixed Asset Profit (Loss) Form", sign it, and submit it to the general administrator, general affairs director, and principal for signature The results will then be archived by the school for future reference; during this period, the inventory results will be carefully checked against the accounting records by the inventory team to ascertain whether the accounting facts are consistent. The reasons for surplus and deficit assets should be identified, and accounting should be handled in accordance with regulations after responsibilities are fulfilled.

Finally, the general administrator will compile and summarize the inventory results and form a fixed assets inventory report, which will be signed and sealed by relevant personnel and archived, and a copy will be submitted to the Municipal Bureau’s Financial Audit Department within the prescribed time limit.
