I. Turning on and off departmental codes
Press the "zhi User Function" button on the LCD operation panel→select "01 Default Setting dao
Press the "zhi user function" button on the LCD operation panel, select "01 Default Setting dao", select "01 General Setting", select "06 Department Code", select "Valid" to turn on the department code, and "Invalid" to turn off the department code. If "Invalid" is selected, the department code will be turned off.
Two, set up, edit, delete the department code
When the department code is set to "valid", the LCD screen will prompt "1, restore the old data" "2, create a new system! "
Selecting "1, Restore Old Data" restores the previously set department code, while selecting "Create New System" erases all department code information, including previously set information. Therefore, it is recommended that you select "1, Recover old data" if you have previously created department codes.
When the user selects "2, Create new system", the user will be asked to enter the department number (1~99) or administrator code.
