The results of the present study showed that occupational stress, work risk, complicated interpersonal relationships, poor social status and other reasons are the main causes of nursing staff's psychological problems, of which work pressure is the most important reason.
1), occupational stress: nursing work is relatively hard, nursing staff work long hours, poor work intensity, poor working environment and other characteristics lead to nursing staff often in the physical and mental health state. Hospital nursing work more and more complicated, trivial and heavy nursing work on nursing staff physical consumption, coupled with more hospital emergencies, requiring nursing staff to timely and accurate treatment to avoid the occurrence of medical errors. In addition, nursing staff also need to carry out training and re-education in their spare time to improve their own technical level and quality, resulting in long-term disruption of the nursing staff's biological clock, sleep disorders, loss of appetite, decreased concentration, low mood, depression, irritability and other conditions on their physical and mental health to cause great damage [2].

In addition, in the event of medical disputes, patients and their families are also prone to choose nursing staff as the target of retaliation, aggravating the risk borne by nursing staff. In addition, the impact of the patient's disease and medical equipment, the complexity and danger of the working environment will also cause some harm to the patient's body and psychology, threatening the physical and mental health of patients.

Nursing staff need to treat patients and their families seriously and cautiously, so as not to cause nurse-patient disputes, resulting in harm to themselves. In addition, nursing staff due to the need for work, often have no time to take care of the family, easy to lead to the disharmony of the husband and wife relationship, resulting in the occurrence of many family conflicts, and even couples divorce.

The senior nanny? The labor and work of nursing staff is not recognized, which is not in line with the hard work of nursing staff.
