My left hand was fractured in the ulna and radius at work, and the insurance company said it was not a disability level. Is this reasonable?

Whether it constitutes a disability level is not up to the insurance company. Radius is one of the double bones of forearm, which belongs to long bone fracture of limbs. Work-related injuries shall be assessed as Grade 9 disability, and employees shall enjoy work-related injury insurance benefits according to Grade 9 disability.

However, in commercial insurance, according to the personal injury appraisal standard, only when the epiphysis of juvenile long bones is involved can it be assessed as a tenth grade disability. Commercial insurance is not in place, which does not affect the treatment of industrial injury insurance for employees with 9-level disability.
