Disabled loan

It is illegal to refuse your loan request on the grounds that the disabled can't get a loan. The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons, which was passed on February 28th, 1990, clearly stipulates that no unit or individual may discriminate against disabled persons because of their physical and intellectual differences. As long as you get a written certificate issued by the bank, it means that you can't get a loan because you are disabled. You can sue the bank according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons. However, prosecution is very laborious. Besides, the bank can refuse you on the grounds that you have no repayment ability. If you have the energy to pester the bank, you might as well find another way to raise money. Finally, to answer your question, there is no basis for banks not to give loans to disabled people.
