Provincial Clinical Laboratory Center or other institutions designated by the provincial health administrative department (hereinafter referred to as the provincial health administrative department designated institutions) is responsible for organizing the technical audit of the clinical gene amplification test laboratories in medical institutions.
Medical institutions to the provincial health administrative department to set up a clinical gene amplification test laboratory application, and submit the following materials:
(a) "medical institutions license" copy;
(b) the basic situation of the medical institutions, to set up a clinical gene amplification test laboratory floor plan, as well as to carry out the test items, laboratory equipment, facilities and conditions and Relevant technical staff information;
(C) the demand for clinical gene amplification test and the predictive analysis of the operation of clinical gene amplification test laboratory.
