Instructions for use of Le Tai adhesive ms939

Teroson MS 939 White is a one-component sealant for component sealing and structural bonding. It is a flexible product based on MS polymer, low modulus and air humidity curing. The curing speed depends on the thickness of the beads and the thickness of the surrounding air. These times can be reduced by increasing the temperature and air humidity. Too low temperature and humidity will slow down the curing process.

Teroson Terostat MS 939 is white and contains no solvent, isocyanate, silicone and PVC, and is tasteless. Teroson MS 939 is compatible with suitable coating systems. The adhesive has anti-ultraviolet function, so it can be used in indoor and outdoor applications.

Instructions for use:

Apply the adhesive in the ink cartridge to a clean and properly treated surface. No sticky surface for about 20 minutes. The polymer has air humidity. Applicable temperature: +5 to +40 degrees Celsius

Adhesion:

Terostat MS 939 white has excellent adhesion to most common materials: steel plate (defatted crude oil, phosphating, hot dip galvanizing, chromate treatment); Stainless steel, brass, aluminum (raw abrasive, anodic oxidation); Glass; Polyamide, PVC, polyurethane, polyester, EPDM, most thermoplastic mixtures. When bonding plastic or painted surfaces, especially in the case of powder coatings, we recommend verifying adhesion tests. Mold separators are usually used to shape plastics. These films must be removed before bonding. Depending on the type of substrate, surfactants may be needed to achieve optimal adhesion.
