Longquanyi District is located in the eastern edge of the Chengdu Plain. The area is 29.8 kilometers long from east to west and 28.75 kilometers wide from north to south. The highest elevation of 1051.3 meters (Changsong Mountain Zhoujialiangzi), the lowest elevation of 456.8 meters (Chadian Town, Sanyuan Village, Baiyanggou), the relative height difference of 594.5 meters. The total area is 556.98 square kilometers.
