Tendering Procedures Provisions
Article 6 The applicant shall fill in the notarization application form and submit the following materials:
(1) proof of legal personality and legal representative's identity certificate and his identity document, and if he applies on behalf of the applicant, he shall submit the authorization letter and his own identity document;
(2) the applicant shall submit the authorization letter and his own identity document. p>
(ii) entrusted bidding, shall submit a power of attorney and have the qualifications to undertake the bidding matters;
(iii) the competent authorities of the bidding project, bidding activities of the approval documents;
(iv) bidding organization and the list of constituents;
(v) notice of solicitation (announcement) or invitation to bid;
(vi) bidding Documents (including: bidding instructions, instructions to bidders, technical requirements of the bidding project, the format of the tender, bidding documents, contract conditions, etc.);
(vii) pre-qualification documents of bidders;
(viii) the evaluation of the bidding organization and the list of personnel;
(ix) notary publics believe that the submission of other relevant materials should be submitted.
Article 7 of the following conditions are met, the notary public office shall accept the application and notify the applicant in writing:
(1) the applicant meets the provisions of Article 5 of these Rules;
(2) the application for notarization of the matter in line with the scope of Article 3 of these Rules;
(3) the application for notarization of the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the notary public office;
(4) these Rules The materials listed in Article 6 (1), (2), (3) and (9) are basically complete.
Applications that do not meet the conditions set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Notary Public's Office shall make a decision of inadmissibility, notify the parties, and inform them of the reconsideration procedures for dissatisfaction with the inadmissibility.
The decision of acceptance or inadmissibility shall generally be made within seven days after the materials listed in items (1), (2), (3) and (9) of Article 6 of these Rules are basically complete.
