The alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with Mo and Nb as main strengthening elements, which has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 degrees Celsius, and stress corrosion resistance in salt spray environment. Therefore, it can be widely used to manufacture aero-engine parts, aero-structural parts and chemical equipment.

Processing and heat treatment
5. 1, process performance and requirements:
GH3536 alloy can be manufactured and processed by traditional production technology, which is suitable for cold and hot processing and mechanical processing. However, due to its high strength, it needs high-power processing equipment for cold and hot processing.
5.2, heating
1. Always keep the workpiece clean before and during heat treatment.
2. Do not touch low melting point metals such as sulfur, phosphorus and lead during heat treatment, otherwise the material will become brittle. Pay attention to removing pollutants such as marking paint, temperature indicating paint, colored crayons, lubricating oil and fuel oil.
3. The lower the sulfur content in the fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0. 1%, that in city gas should be less than 0.25g/cm3, and that in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
4. Considering the need of temperature control and cleanliness, you can use electric heating furnace or gas heating furnace with pure gas.
5. It can also be heated in a box furnace or a gas furnace, but the furnace gas must be clean and neutral to slightly oxidized. The fluctuation of furnace gas between oxidation and reduction should be avoided, and the heating flame cannot burn directly on the workpiece.
5.3, hot processing
The hot working temperature range of 1 and GH3625(GH625) is 1 150℃ ~ 900℃, and the cooling method is water quenching or other rapid cooling methods.
2. In order to obtain excellent performance and corrosion resistance, annealing should be carried out after hot working.
3. When heating, the material can be directly sent into the furnace with the highest working temperature of zui, and can be quickly taken out of the furnace after sufficient heat preservation time (60 minutes per 100mm thickness), and heat treatment can be carried out in the high temperature section within the specified temperature range. When the material temperature drops below the hot working temperature, it needs to be reheated.
5.4, cold working
1. Cold-worked materials should be annealed, and their work hardening rate is higher than that of austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, so it is necessary to choose processing equipment.
2. In the cold working process, intermediate annealing is needed.
3. When the processing capacity is greater than 15%, it should be annealed after heat treatment.
5.5 Rust removal and pickling
The adhesion of surface oxides and welding slag around the weld is stronger than that of low alloy stainless steel, so it is recommended to use fine abrasive belt or fine grinding wheel for grinding.
