Chapter II Factory Rules and Regulations

7. Employees are not allowed to bring guns, ammunition, knives, cameras, explosive and non-production or business related items into the factory or dormitory.

9. Employees at work must wear a post card into the workshop.

11. Hygiene, not allowed to throw debris in the plant, not allowed to spit. Strictly prohibit the use of toilet paper other than miscellaneous paper to the toilet.

13. All employees are not allowed to borrow money from the company and salary advances. (Special purposes are not limited)
14, machinery and equipment must be maintained every day, if there is a malfunction, you should immediately cut off the power supply, ask the mechanic to repair or supervisor, can not be moved privately.
15, to maintain the neatness of the plant facilities, are not allowed to move without authorization fixed parking spaces, tables and other fixed facilities in the plant.
16, it is strictly prohibited to damage all the factory's property and steal the company's or others' property.
17, abide by the financial system, shall not be misappropriated and deficient public funds.
18, abide by the law, civilized language, not bad language, right and wrong, loud and noisy.
19, fireworks are strictly prohibited, not allowed to smoke in the workshop: not allowed to use electrical appliances in the dormitory and fire cooking; strictly prohibited to stay in the guest accommodation.
20, managers should help each other, cooperation. And each department head must manage their own department staff, not across other departments. (In addition to temporary mobilization arrangements)
21, may not operate or practice does not belong to their own use of machinery and equipment, such as damage to equipment and other consequences, all responsibility.
22, to keep the car neat and clean, every day before the start of work must be wiped before the car table, test drive to formal production. Leave the workstation to turn off the machine.
23, all processes should be signed on their own number. If you don't sign the work number, you will cancel the salary of this process. If there is a self-alteration, intentionally create a fly, will be dealt with seriously. All the alteration of the fly should be signed by the management.
Chapter III employment, mobility
1. The company's new employees must be screened or examined, and examined and approved before employment, should always be the first probation (one month), the probationary period, by the assessment, unqualified persons will not be employed, probationary personnel in the probationary period, because of the lack of interest in or unable to perform the work of the factory for the provisions of the resignation.
1. The factory will deal with any person who hides his/her health condition, working experience, education, identity, etc. when he/she enters into a labor contract according to his/her circumstances.
2. Persons under the age of 16 are not eligible for government employment.

5. The employee shall not be refused to be transferred to another job due to operational needs and in accordance with the principle.
6. The Company may terminate the labor contract after notice for any of the following reasons.
7-1. When the Company closes down or transfers its business.
7-2. In case of loss or business contraction.
7-3. When a change in the nature of business makes it necessary to reduce the number of employees, and when there are no suitable jobs available.
7-4. When the employee is not qualified for the job he/she is performing.
1. When an employee wishes to terminate his/her contract, he/she shall give notice to the plant in accordance with the provisions of this regulation and go through the procedures of separation.
Chapter IV Working Hours and Rest
1. Employees of the factory during office hours, without the permission of the master may not leave their workstations.
2. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Noon 13:30 to 17:30 p.m.
Evening from 18:00 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. (overtime)
3. Late
2-1. The beginning of the work time within five minutes is late.

3. Early dismissal
3-1. Early dismissal within five minutes before the end of work time is considered early dismissal.

4. Leave of absence
4-1. Employees who do not work without leave of absence or leave of absence is not renewed, the first time there will be a verbal warning, and repeat offenders will be punished in accordance with the factory rules.
Chapter V Wages
1. Wages referred to in these rules, according to the provisions of the labor contract.
2. Employee's salary is paid every month after labor.
3. The payroll of the employees of the factory is agreed by both parties, but the company has the right to advance or postpone, but not more than the month shall prevail.
4. The salary of the employees of the factory is divided into the following items:
4-1. The basic salary or the base salary (depending on the knowledge, experience, technology, ability and the nature of work).

Chapter VI Leave of Absence
1. Wedding Leave: If an employee is legally authorized to get married and has been in the factory for more than three years, the factory will pay one week's paid leave for the wedding leave.
2. Injury and Sickness Leave: The labor department confirms that those who are injured or sick due to work-related injuries or illnesses will be given injury and sickness leave during the treatment period, and the factory will pay the paid leave, and the paid leave will be for the medical treatment period when they are hospitalized.
1. The annual period for those who have not been hospitalized shall not exceed ten days.
2. Hospitalized patients cannot exceed the medical treatment period stipulated by the government.
3. Those who have exceeded the time limit may be suspended from work without pay, except for those who have been granted special permission by the Labor and Employment Department.
4. Bereavement leave: Employees may apply for bereavement leave in accordance with the provisions of this article by submitting a legal certificate, and will receive paid wages.
5. Bereavement leave for parents and spouses: grandparents, children, and parents of spouses are granted three days of bereavement leave.
6. When an employee takes a leave of absence, he/she should state the reason for the leave and the number of days of leave verbally or in writing in advance and attach the relevant documents for the formalities before leaving his/her workplace, or report to the supervisor of the unit by letter within a limited period of time to start the leave of absence formalities on his/her behalf.
7. Where the factory has pregnant employees: the factory will provide 90 days of maternity leave, and in accordance with the labor law monthly salary calculation to pregnant employees.
8. All employees who have worked in the factory for more than one year: In addition to the annual statutory leave of 10 days, the factory will provide an additional 10 days of vacation to the employees, the salary will be paid.
9. In the overtime to catch up with the period, if the employee must take leave, must be approved by the supervisor before leaving, otherwise it will be in accordance with the different circumstances of the sanctions.
Chapter VII canteen, dormitory code
1. Hygiene, in the factory area is strictly prohibited littering, spitting, dumping leftovers. Not to urinate and defecate in the shower room, saving water and electricity, is strictly prohibited long bright lights, long running water phenomenon.
2. Each employee's bed should be kept neat and clean, the dormitory is strictly prohibited indiscriminate connection of wires, open flames, pouring water is strictly prohibited, not hanging wet clothes, drying clothes in a designated place, the factory is strictly prohibited gambling, fighting, and shall not be men and women to sleep with the outsiders into the factory to stay overnight.
3. By the factory logistics arrangements for beds, not to move beds, dormitory iron beds shall not be moved privately. You should not enter or leave the factory after 12:00 p.m., and you should not make noise or affect the resting behavior of others during the working hours.
4. The third floor of the dormitory must be two people a room, not one person can occupy a room.

During working hours, the security guard will lock the door of the dormitory, except for the sick leave personnel are allowed to enter the dormitory, the rest of the personnel are not allowed to enter the dormitory to stay, and the departing employees will be moved out of the dormitory after completing the formalities for departure from the factory and after the security guard confirms their belongings on the same day.
2. Each employee must pay attention to personal belongings, due to personal carelessness and theft of the factory will not be responsible.
3. Pay attention to safety, in the factory area is strictly prohibited to sit on the railing.
4. It is strictly prohibited to throw garbage and sundries downstairs within the factory area.
