Nursing self-identification

Self-identification is a person at a certain stage of learning and work life and other performance of a self-summary, self-identification can improve their ability to summarize, let us write a good self-identification to summarize it. So what should be included in the self-identification? The following is my collection of nursing self-identification 10, welcome to read, I hope you can enjoy.

Nursing self-assessment Part 1

Years of nursing professional learning, enrich my knowledge, growth of my insights, exercise my talent, but also sublimated my thinking, during the school period, constantly enrich professional knowledge at the same time, but also actively participate in the activities of the organization inside and outside the school to improve the overall quality of the school period, served as the president of the two school literary society and a school broadcasting station editorial board ministers, but also by the unanimous praise of everyone. Everyone's unanimous praise, I believe that after these years of exercise, my management ability has also improved a lot, although I am not outstanding! But I believe I am a valuable person!

During the internship period in the department I followed the instructor to concentrate on learning nursing skills, the combination of theory and practice so that I continue to improve, in-depth work in the wards, so that I can learn to be in danger, patience, nursing, service with a smile, with the greatest rationality in the face of the patient, so that the flower of life will always blossom! I believe I can do the same!

Confident, optimistic, mature and stable 。。。。

I am a special sunshine girl, always have a smile on the face

Nursing self-identification Part 2

1. Skilled in all nursing operations, adaptability, and can be in the actual operation of continuous learning, and therefore can be quickly integrated into the new work; 2. Specialized in the observation and care of common internal medicine and multiple diseases; 3. Skilled in the operation of ventilators and cardiac monitors and other emergency equipment, the basic procedures and technical requirements of first aid, as well as the care of critically ill patients, the monitoring of the condition of the technical difficulties of the basic master; 4. The basic skills of psychological care of the patient has a certain degree of cognition. Currently, I have been working in the Internal Medicine Ward of Chaoyang District Hospital No.2 in Beijing for one year. I am able to work as a nurse in the internal medicine department of the hospital, and at the same time, I am familiar with the computer office software.

I am a girl full of self-confidence and a high sense of responsibility, after more than two years of clinical work, strongly recognize the importance of love, patience and a high sense of responsibility for nursing work! A year of exercise in the Department of Internal Medicine, so that I learned a lot of knowledge of internal medicine, clinical care and first aid more honed my will, greatly improving my ability to operate and level. Confident that this year's work has allowed me to make the leap from nursing intern to internal medicine nurse, and have the confidence to accept a full-time nursing job. Of course, a year's time can not fully meet the requirements of professional nurses, in the future work I will work harder, for the nursing work to do their best!

In these four years of study and life, I through academic learning, social practice, work to constantly enrich themselves, for the future of the road of life to lay a good foundation

In the ideological, positive and enterprising, from time to time on their own review, to find out where the shortcomings, and then continue to improve, and strive to do the best. Two consecutively won the title of outstanding member of the League, self-identification "nursing in school self-identification".

In the study, has its own set of learning methods, conscientiously learn every basic and specialized courses, excellent results, two consecutive years won the school self-improvement scholarship. Specialized course knowledge mastered better.

In the work, in the university during the class cadres, through their own efforts, have a good interpersonal foundation, recognized by everyone, established a good prestige.

In life, I actively participate in the activities of the college and the school, such as participating in the collection of logos for the school festival and participating in various design competitions to enrich my life. In daily life, I am upright and kind, have a good life style, willing to help others, get along well with students, make friends with a wide range of interpersonal skills, by students welcome. And in the treatment of people still need to be improved, the knowledge of learning is still to be broadened, in the future, continue to improve, improve their overall quality.

Nursing self-assessment Part 4

In the short time of winter vacation internship, so that I feel that the nurse's work is very heavy and messy, and can also be said to be very low, but through the majority of people do not understand, we find that the nurse has its unique charm. It is impossible for a hospital to be without nurses, which explains the importance of nurses. I think that in addition to mastering the necessary medical and nursing knowledge, nurses should consciously strengthen the study of social sciences and humanities; in order to promote the establishment of a good relationship between nurses and patients. The quality level of nurses can never be ignored, the good image and language of nurses itself has a great psychological comfort to patients and medical treatment: it can improve the patient's negative psychology of the disease; it enhances the patient's subjective initiative to the fight against the disease; at the same time, it can also guide the patient to the perfect cooperation of the treatment process. Therefore, the quality of nurses directly affects the process of treatment, but also determines the overall level of medical care in the hospital.

The quality of excellent nurses from the patient's point of view to consider the following:

① To study nursing technology, excellence, and constantly improve medical knowledge in order to handle the work properly and accurately.

② To be kind and caring to the patients, and be able to patiently help the patients to solve their doubts;

③ To treat the patients equally regardless of their age, sex, and rich or poor status, and to maintain high medical ethics;

④ We are not only medical treatment of the patient's body, but also psychological treatment;

⑤ To be able to gain the full trust of the patients. Such a nurse's role is expected by society and the patient, if you do not have the above points of the basic qualities will not be able to successfully complete the medical care work.

I remember a nurse in a difficult child to do venipuncture, looking for a vein when the pulse pressure band ligation time is relatively long, the family found that the child's dorsum of the foot color darker than the previous asked the nurse, "the foot will not be necrotic, the pulse pressure band to unlock the bar," because most nurses do not like the patient to ask this question, the nurse was very disgusted and replied: "I don't want to see the patient's foot. The patient's family felt a sense of self-esteem. The patient's family felt that their self-esteem was being undermined, lost their temper, and were very vocal; they were unwilling to accept the venipuncture. Another nurse knew the situation at that time, and immediately explained in a calm manner, "Sorry, your feelings are understandable, but the ligation of the pulse pressure band is a temporary stopping of the superficial venous blood flow, but not stopping the blood flow of the deep arteries. So it seems that the color of the foot is darker, but it will never lead to tissue necrosis." Finally, the patient's family was won over and the venipuncture was performed successfully.

The above case is due to the nurse's lack of good service attitude, forgetting that the object of service is human. This leads to the treatment work is difficult to carry out smoothly. So to better accomplish medical care work and improve the overall medical level of the hospital, it is necessary to improve the quality of nurses. Especially in recent years, the medical model is changing, and people's health concepts are also changing, which requires more and more high service requirements for health care personnel. Nurses' 'words, deeds and actions are affecting the patient's mood and the regression of the disease. To be precise, nurses' behavior should be responsible for themselves and others, and should respect the dignity and value of patients. Thoroughly change the nurse is to inject the traditional concept of drug delivery, play the role of nursing in health care should be, with first-class quality of nurses, a new concept of nursing to fully cooperate with the medical activities, and ultimately to achieve the purpose of early recovery of the patient.

Nursing self-assessment Part 5

These two weeks in the gastroenterology department, I still tied a lot of people, and because the teacher to help pick the patient is better, there is no one out of the problem, hehehe, but unfortunately every time the teacher to help give the delivery of adhesive tape, very sweaty, very awkward. I think the cardiology department probably has fewer opportunities for injections, but other things like resuscitation are more frequent, I guess. I haven't really had to work any other shifts since my teacher has been working the day shift! There were a few resuscitations, what with the large mouth spitting blood, shock and even death, and my classmates were involved, and by the time I got there I was either stabilized, transferred, or hanging in bed with an ultraviolet light (terminal disinfection after death).

The book to the time party hate less, the former roommate said he read more books in the clinical than in the school, I also laughed at him and said that he did not read in the school, has been in the wow spent. Now it seems that I left all the books are still very meaningful, a lot of impressionable things are just not familiar with, to use the time always can not take out, very depressed. So today I'm skimming over the things I might use tomorrow in the heart, after all, it's still a hard thing to excel, and yesterday when I got off work I saw the internal medicine department downstairs posting xxxxxxx and a few other seven year olds have achieved the title of acting resident, or very envious. I think if we perform well and get the title of acting nurse ahead of time, it might also satisfy my vanity.

The teachers in this department are quite good, especially my tutor, very good, although not as good as the head nurse, but it can be predicted that she will be able to enter the management position after a few years. Young, educated, know how to manage, and the technology is top notch. From the patient and nursing station information, she just transferred from the renal, and is a team leader and take new staff, uh, promising. Although not very beautiful, but looks very comfortable, temperament is also good, leave my enlightenment teacher is really a little reluctant to it .......

The most impressive is to receive the needle, due to the needle less, every time I forget to open the clip, the result is every time the teacher said, I said absolutely will not have the next time. But after two days or forget to open it, the result I check why the infusion is not smooth when the teacher said you said there will not be a next time. Then I opened the clip. I was so upset that I couldn't listen to my teacher's words of comfort. After I washed my hands, the teacher went to work, I changed the room, just as another teacher was picking up the needle, she asked me what I was doing, I said I wanted to pick up this. I said I wanted to take this. The teacher quickly agreed, and I couldn't pull off the cap of the needle after the sterilization in the department. The teacher said, "You've just washed your hands, right?" I said, "Oh, I'm sorry," and returned the needle to the teacher. Then think, this kind of atonement type of mentality or not, like this kind of life-threatening things sometimes do not give you the opportunity to remedy.

Nursing self-identification Part 6

University time is like a white horse, three years of nursing school learning life will soon be drawn to a close. Graduation, the past life of a thousand feelings, so the campus career for a self-identification.

Although only three years, I y felt the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with clinical knowledge, and Hechi Medical College gave me the source of knowledge to make me enter the medical career. During the two years, I have enriched my medical theory, from something to nothing, from simple to profound, I gradually understand the structure of the human body, physiology and pathology and other characteristics. Health school life is a small section of this line of my life, is a small section of the shiny, it contains sweat and harvest, for me to draw a good line of life plays a vital role.

Nursing self-assessment Part 8

A short 4-week operating room internship is nearing the end, reviewing this period of internship life, I feel very deep.

The operating room is the first department in which I came to our hospital for internship, and in this department, there are two teachers who have taken me, and they are both very patient and have taught me a lot.

During my internship in the operating room, through the help and guidance of the teachers and my own practice, I mastered the rules and regulations of the operating room, strictly adhered to the principle of aseptic operation required by the operating room, and familiarized myself with the standards of common surgical procedures. Through my own hands-on practice, I have learned a lot of textbooks do not have the actual surgery with experience.

From the preoperative visit to the patient, to the day of the operation of the check and the psychological care of the patient, and then to do a good job in the operation of the surgical preparations, the transfer of instruments with the end of the operation of the counting work, and even anesthesia before the patient woke up to the observation of the accompanying, as well as surgical equipment cleaning and maintenance work, each part of the process can not be ignored. For me, each part is a test and a valuable experience.

Through this period of internship in the operating room I am particularly grateful to all the teachers and seniors of the careful guidance, I will keep in mind their excellent style of leading by example, cautious and rigorous work attitude. And will continue to spur themselves, constantly remind themselves, and strive to improve their own shortcomings, maintain their own advantages, and strive in the future work, make greater progress. Surgical nurse internship self-identification: familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of common surgical diseases and surgical indications.

Personal self-identification: I am in the surgical internship, abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and the department, respect for teachers, work actively, conscientious and responsible. I am familiar with surgical aseptic technical operation, preoperative skin preparation, preoperative and postoperative care, familiar with the change of medication, removal of stitches, bandaging, the use of a variety of drainage tubes and gastrointestinal decompression and devices, mastered the common surgical instruments, cleaning and disinfecting items, the treatment of contaminated dressings. I hope to learn more in the next department to improve my ability.

A short four-week internship in the operating room has come to an end, looking back on this period of internship life, I feel very deep.

The operating room is the first department I came to our hospital for internship. In this department, there are two teachers who have taken me, they are very patient and taught me a lot.

During my internship in the operating room, through the help and guidance of my teachers and my own practice, I mastered the rules and regulations of the operating room, strictly adhered to the principle of asepsis in the operating room, and familiarized myself with the standards of common surgical procedures. And will continue to spur themselves, constantly remind themselves, and strive to improve their own shortcomings, maintain their own advantages, and strive to work in the future, make greater progress.

Nursing self-identification Part 9

Time passes quickly, the eyes are already in April, our nursing internship is nearing the end. Looking back on this journey, the heart is filled with the joy of harvest, every day in the progress, the days are busy, but also quiet and solid. Thinking of the time when I just entered the clinic, with a good vision of the internship life and expectations to the Hubei Provincial People's Hospital, the heart is full of passion; unaware of the nine months of learning time quietly passed, harvest, the following I have a little insight into their own internship life.

First, the medical work. In this short but long nine months, I in accordance with the requirements set out by the school teaching office, the total **** rotation of 13 hospital departments, including internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology. This nearly one-year internship is the most important transition for a medical student to medical work. The intern's work is nothing more than the same as the formal work involved in the treatment class to the patient for treatment, dispensing medication and injections and various specialized nursing operations, the main class to help patients get medicine, send medical records, please consult, deputy main class is sitting in front of the computer for the patient's accounts, print infusion card, paste the bottle sticker, nursing record class to write nursing checkups, make up the nursing record and so on, the content seems simple and boring, but the process is cumbersome and lengthy, and so on, and busy finished! The first thing you need to do is to get your hands on a new one, and you'll be able to do that.

The time is very short, only the evening time is their own. In the face of a day's work, the summary is very important, the mind must force themselves to recall the events of the day: so-and-so bed patient today added what drugs, and withdrawn what drugs, increased the dosage of what drugs, and reduced the dosage of what drugs, but why the professor to change the use of these drugs? And what is the indication for the use of that medicine? Sometimes, the professor will deliberately not tell me, exercise my thinking ability, I will start from its clinical signs and symptoms, one by one, but often make mistakes, the next day to run to tell the professor, often hit, but it is also such a blow, I will be this one of the knowledge firmly engraved in the heart, even in the three months later to find a job, I have not forgotten, back to the clinic, with the the same as three months before.

In the past years of internship, I constantly feel the strong difference between internal medicine and surgery, and one of the important differences is that: internal medicine emphasizes the diagnostic thinking, while surgery emphasizes the process of surgical treatment. In response to a particular symptom or sign on a patient, internal medicine often considers multiple diseases. Take acute abdominal pain as an example, internal medicine doctors often consider not only the simple and common perforated gastrointestinal ulcer, but also acute pancreatitis, acute appendicitis, acute myocardial infarction, biliary tract disease, intestinal obstruction, ectopic pregnancy, etc., and the diagnosis of these diseases need to be made by the doctor to do a detailed history-taking and physical examination, in addition to the laboratory and imaging must be supplemented by the examination, and gradually ruled out corresponding diseases, and finally arrive at a definitive diagnosis. The first thing you need to do is to get a good look at the patient's body.

My clinical professor once told me, "An internist is sometimes like a detective, trying to find the clues in the patient's body by all means, and finally catching the real culprits, which undoubtedly reveals the essence of an internist's work. So, internal medicine is not only to learn to deal with how many diseases, but more importantly, a rigorous diagnostic thinking of a disease, constantly summarize, every day progress, like a cicada chrysalis, layer by layer metamorphosis, and finally will become a beautiful butterfly. The road to medicine is long, I will be up and down and seek, and to be the sword from the sharpening out, the plum blossom can be fragrant from the bitter cold.

Second, the ideological character and medical ethics. In this nearly a year of clinical internship, I y feel: nursing, not only is a strong professional discipline, but also a very comprehensive discipline, as a nurse, in addition to professional knowledge and skills in addition to the hard, personal character and style should reflect the style of everyone. Ancient literati used idioms such as "a pot to help the world" and "wonderful hands" to describe doctors, and in recent times, they have also used the term "white angel" to describe nurses, so it is clear that nurses and doctors are equally important. In the cardiovascular internal medicine internship, I witnessed Professor Lai, despite the hard work, for a diagnosis of the patient is not clear to run up and down the consultation; taking into account the patient's financial situation, he is not affected by the therapeutic effect of the conditions of the most inexpensive choice of antihypertensive drugs or lipid-lowering drugs.

In the internship of respiratory medicine, I have witnessed Prof. Ding Xuhong put two hundred dollars into the hands of a poor bronchodilated patient who lost the treatment fee. This scene was y burned into my heart, making me believe that a doctor is never a black-hearted person who only looks at the patient's money to save his life, but a white angel with flesh and blood and selfless dedication. In them, I saw the enthusiasm, saw the responsibility, saw a sincere group of dedicated honest people on the lifeline trying to save lives, the greatness of mankind is no greater than this.

Third, clinical teaching. In the course of this year's internship, I and the other internship members of the group total **** experienced three teaching room, although it took us a lot of energy and time to prepare, but we have gained a lot of textbooks can not be seen in the clinical knowledge, to deepen our understanding and awareness of the disease, open our minds to diagnose the disease, and now I think of it, I'm really very grateful for that busy period of time, gave us many learning Now I think about it, I am really grateful for that busy time, which gave us a lot of learning opportunities. In addition, during the six months of rotation in the specialized department of cardiology, I had the honor of serving as a temporary teacher for several foreign students. At the beginning, I was a bit worried because I had never talked to a foreigner for more than 15 minutes, and this time I had to teach them, so it was really difficult! But then, Prof. Lai encouraged me and said, "Don't worry, you can do it.

I was skeptical, so I went to the lecture. The first time I started to introduce the patient's condition, it was really a bit difficult, although I know how to express each disease professionally, but if it is connected to a sentence, and to meet the American custom, it is really to be considered, I just so slowly, one word by one word out of the pop. Looking at the foreign students' frowns, I was really sweating, and I was determined to say to myself that I had to hurry up and put the words into a sentence, and I definitely couldn't embarrass the teacher! In this way, slowly my speed of speech increased, and finally I realized that the foreign students' eyebrows were relaxed and their eyes were shining, I knew they understood what I said. When I was leaving, they all gave me a thumbs up and praised me, saying, "Your English is so good. I smiled and said, thank you!

The internship is coming to an end, in addition to summarize their own gains, but also to do a summary of their own shortcomings. Getting along with others is not generous enough, speak less, in the study of the problem encountered not enough initiative to ask, sometimes in dealing with things not detailed enough, etc., these are their own need to pay attention to, so in the future work and study must strive to improve their ability in all aspects, set a good goal, and down-to-earth forward.

Nursing self-identification part 10

Time flies! In the blink of an eye, the internship life has been over four months, looking back to the moment they left the school, looking forward to with a hint of uneasiness, it seems to be yesterday's events. In the recent period of internship time, I feel that I really learned a lot of things that can not be learned in school, but also recognize that I have a lot of shortcomings! I feel that I have benefited a lot from ......

Nurses as a profession, it is one thing to look at it, and another thing to do it in person. The feelings in the apprenticeship and internship are complete different, apprenticeship see more, do less; internship is to do more, see less. In the internship, we were not as free to ask about the patients as we were in the traineeship, instead we were just busy doing what we had to do and catching our breath a little bit when we were done. And I'm not very familiar with the operation of the department, I can only do some life care at the beginning as well as follow the teacher around to watch.

First, the understanding of the profession.

As a medical caregiver, we can not stay on the level of learning the theoretical knowledge of the specialty, the most important thing is to operate the nursing care as well as the ability to put themselves in the patient's position to relieve the pain. In the clinical internship, I really see the patient's suffering, they desperately hope that we can help them to alleviate the pain, cure the disease. We need to care for them with love and treat them with perseverance.

Second, we need to learn to take the initiative to learn.

Clinical internship is not like studying in school, there are teachers lecturing every day, there are a lot of homework, there is a constant stream of exams, but everything is to take the initiative to learn, to do. In the clinic, there are many opportunities to learn, all the medical staff are your teachers, as long as the problem with the work, we can learn a lot every day. Often carry a small notebook, write down the daily problems, problems solved in a hurry to record the answers, and regularly organize the notebook. It's a useful and easy way to learn.

Third, have the right attitude to learn.

In the clinical work, we can not treat the internship with boredom and unbalanced psychology. On the surface, we are the teacher's small followers, repeat the work of errands, rest time is less than the teacher, tired and not by the teacher, the head nurse to understand. But pay and return are often not equal, we often have to pay more to get the return. Only by working hard can we learn more clinical operations. Every teacher has her character, we can't ask them all to teach as we expect, we must adjust our mindset and learn from different teachers in different ways, instead of always complaining about bad teachers. Only then can we really learn more about clinical aspects.

Fourth, students should be tolerant, understand each other and learn from each other.

Away from our familiar environment to the clinical internship, students should be more concerned about each other and help each other, no matter how out of character we are, we should be tolerant of each other, between people friction is inevitable, the most important thing is that when we are in trouble, each other are loved ones. Study should also often communicate with each other, to share each other's gains. Only in this way can we live and learn in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Fifth, basic etiquette.

Into the clinical is to enter the community, we need to pay attention to the basic etiquette, which is also in the school we rarely pay attention to aspects. Come to the clinic, whether it is dress or to treat people, should be in line with the etiquette, to treat the patient to be friendly and kind, will not affect the normal work. This requires more study, such as paying attention to other people's practices, or ask for advice, pay attention to the civilized address and language; see colleagues and leaders, to take the initiative to greet them, etc., which are able to reflect their own cultivation and do a healthy sense of human beings.

Now, my clinical operation is still immature, I need to continue to actively learn, explore better learning methods, in order to make their own knowledge more full. I believe that through the future internship, I will get more clinical practice experience from it, and will continue to make progress in my practical work after graduation. I will continue to combine theoretical knowledge and practical experience to fully demonstrate my personal value and value of life, and work hard to realize my ideal and bright future.
