Precautions for use
1, when the constant temperature and humidity box to complete the low-temperature operation, it is best to implement the drying process at 60 ℃, about 30min before opening the door, in order to prevent the impact of the subsequent test of the determination of the time or caused by the phenomenon of evaporator icing;
2, in the constant temperature and humidity box operation, unless absolutely necessary, or do not casually open the door, so as not to cause Adverse consequences:
(1)? High temperature is still maintained inside the door;
(2)? High temperature air may trigger the fire alarm;
(3)? High-temperature moisture rushing out of the box;
(4)? Some damage to the compressor.
Unless required by the experiment, it is not recommended that customers frequently open and close the door during the experiment.
3, when the box is running, please do not check it by hand, so as not to be electrocuted or injured by the fan;
4, in order to measure the correct relative humidity, the wet bulb gauze must be installed in an accurate position;
5, the circuit breaker and over-temperature protector and other safety protection equipment, need to be regularly inspected in detail;
6, constant temperature and humidity test box must be safely grounded, so as not to Produce electrostatic induction;
7, constant temperature and humidity test box need to be dedicated personnel to carry out maintenance and inspection, and in the inspection also need to be a professional electrician and circuit maintenance personnel present, in order to prevent uninformed personnel electrify the gate, resulting in the risk of electric shock.
