(3) Decoction room can be set up to provide decoction service if there are conditions, and its area of use should not be less than 10 square meters in principle; it can also cooperate with higher-level Chinese medicine hospitals or qualified pharmaceutical enterprises, etc., and use the Internet, Internet of Things and other technologies to provide services such as distribution of Chinese medicine tablets, decoction and delivery on behalf of the Chinese medicine.

Article 3: Staffing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

(1) The proportion of practicing (assistant) physicians in the category of traditional Chinese medicine to the total number of practicing physicians in the organization is more than 20%, and there should be no less than 2 of them. Among them, the community health service center shall have at least one licensed physician of Chinese medicine category with the title of intermediate level or above.

(2) engaged in the dispensing of traditional Chinese medicine tablets, should be a professional and technical personnel of traditional Chinese medicine or pharmacy professional and technical personnel who have been trained and qualified in the knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine; the staff of the decoction room, should be trained in the knowledge and skills related to the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine and qualified in the assessment.
