Article 6 of the establishment of the company, shall apply to the company registration authority for the establishment of registration in accordance with the law. Where laws and administrative regulations provide that the establishment of a company must be submitted for approval, the approval procedures shall be completed in accordance with the law before the company is registered. The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about company registration matters, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
Article 7 of the company established in accordance with law, the company registration authority shall issue a business license. Company business license issued on the date of the establishment of the company. Company business license shall contain the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, the name of the legal representative and other matters. Changes in the matters recorded in the company's business license, the company shall register the changes in accordance with the law, the company's registration authority for the issuance of business licenses.
