CT Machine Room Emergency Plan

Introduction: do you know how to make CT machine room emergency plan? Here is my CT machine room emergency plan for you to carefully organize, welcome to read!

CT machine room emergency plan

In order to strengthen the management of radiation accidents, timely and effective treatment of radiation accidents, reduce the consequences of accidents, according to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Public Security, "Radiation Accident Management Provisions" and other relevant laws and regulations, the development of this plan.

First, the establishment of Wenxian People's Hospital Radiation Accident Emergency Response Leadership Group

Group Leader:

Deputy Group Leader:

Members:

Second, the leading group of the radiation emergency response

1, the radiation emergency response The leading group is responsible for the prevention of radiation accidents in the unit, the development of emergency plans, prepare for emergency supplies, communications, technology, personnel, funds.

2, regularly organized emergency drills.

3, radiation accidents should be immediately after the occurrence of effective emergency rescue and control measures to prevent the expansion and spread of the incident.

4, should be investigated and handled in a timely manner, factual records, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the timely report to the health administrative departments and relevant departments.

5, actively cooperate with the health administrative departments, public security organs to investigate radiation accidents, and do a good job in the aftermath.

Third, the gas pedal / analog positioning machine prone to emergency accidents and measures

1, the treatment beam can not be terminated Once found on the console monitor cumulative radiation dose exceeds the set dose, the machine can not be terminated out of the beam, to take the following measures:

1) Immediately press the interrupt key on the special keyboard, and will prohibit

2, hospital power outage If there is no backup power supply in the hospital in the event of a sudden power outage, in accordance with the following steps to deal with:

1) Turn on the emergency lights;

2) Record the cumulative dose of the monitoring unit of the patient being treated in the event of a power outage, the value of the back-up counter on the control cabinet inspection panel;

3) Move the patient away from the treatment bed;

4) After power is restored, perform the daily power-up self-test before operating the treatment.

3, the discovery of fire, smoke, fog and other phenomena If the discovery of fire, smoke, fog and other abnormalities, in accordance with the following steps:

1) Press the nearest emergency switch;

2) Evacuate all personnel to a safe area;

3) The degree of seriousness to notify the fire department;

4) If the patient is undergoing treatment, to record the cumulative dose of patient treatment;

5)Do not operate the system equipment until maintenance personnel confirm that the system is working properly.

4. Emergency Switch Failure Pressing the emergency switch immediately cuts off power to the rack, electrical control cabinet, dedicated keyboard, console electronics cabinet, and treatment bed. In the event of failure, do the following:

1) Immediately disconnect the main power circuit breaker;

2) If the patient is being treated, record the cumulative dose value of the backup counter;

3) Do not continue to use the system equipment until maintenance personnel have confirmed that the system is functioning properly.

5. Accidental X-ray radiation Accelerators are capable of generating a lethal dose of radiation in a very short period of time, so reliable safety measures must be taken to ensure the safety of healthcare workers and patients:

1) Allow only `qualified' personnel who have received rigorous safety training and operational training to operate the system equipment.

2) Signs must be posted in areas where rays are present to warn all personnel.

3) No one other than the patient should be allowed to enter the treatment room when the treatment beam is out.

4) Before entering the treatment room, you must turn the beam-out control "beam-out/prohibit" key switch to the "prohibit" position, and carry the key with you, keeping it with you for the duration of your stay in the treatment room.

5) The "beam-out/prohibit" key is inserted into the dedicated keypad and turned to the "allow" position only when beam-out is required, and the key switch is turned to the "prohibit" position as soon as beam-out is complete.

6) When the system is returned to standby or when the power is off, remove the Beam-Out/Prohibit key and place it in a safe place.

7) Familiarize yourself with the location and use of the emergency switches and how to disconnect the system from mains power in case of an emergency.

8) When operating the system, monitor the cumulative dose output so that emergency shutdown measures can be taken in the event that the cumulative dose reaches a setting that prevents shutdown.

9) When approaching or operating the system, wear a dose-monitoring element approved by the relevant authority.

5, rack collision The maximum speed of rotation of the rack is 7 degrees per second, once caused by the rack and other parts of the system collision problems, can cause equipment damage or other serious accidents.

1) When starting the rack motion device and treatment bed movement should be observed to prevent collision.

2) When rotating the rack, pay close attention to the distance between certain parts of the rack and the patient, and stop the operation immediately if there is a possibility of contact.

3) When setting up a curved treatment, rotate the rack in advance according to the setup to ensure that there is no collision during the treatment.

4) In certain angular positions, the rack may collide with the treatment bed, so please pay attention to this when the operator moves the rack or the treatment bed. If a collision occurs, stop operation immediately. In the event of an extrusion collision, stop the system immediately, and if it fails to function, report it to a maintenance professional.

6, accessory installation

1) Correctly install the accessories.

2) When the patient is lying on the treatment bed, the accessories can not be installed or moved.

3)When using MLC treatment, pay attention to install the MLC firmly on the treatment head, it is strictly prohibited to turn to the treatment head after installing the MLC.

7. System Integrity

1) Keep the system intact and do not use the system for treatment when it is defective.

2) Prohibit any modification of the software to ensure that the computer system is used for professional purposes.

3)Operators are not allowed to treat patients in the maintenance interface.
