Major Events of CAEC in 2011 Record of Important Events of CAEC in 2009
1. On January 12, 2011, the Third Council of the Seventh Session of CAEC was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
2, January 13~14, 2011, the 12th China International Exhibition and Conference Exhibition was held in Zhejiang World Trade Center, with an exhibition area of more than 10,000 square meters, more than 100 Chinese and foreign exhibitors (including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao), and more than 7,000 visitors, which set up a platform for the domestic and foreign exhibitions industry exchanges and cooperation.
3. On February 25~March 3, 2011, China Association of Exhibition Centers (CAEC) organized its members to visit the 17th Space Design and Display Equipment Exhibition (Euroshop) in Düsseldorf, Germany, and at the same time, visited the Union of the International Exhibition Industry (UFI), and had a discussion with the person in charge of the exhibition.
4. From March to June, 2011, China Association of Exhibition Venues carried out the fifth batch of qualification grading of exhibition engineering enterprises and exhibition venue engineering departments.
5. In April~July 2011, China Association of Exhibition Centers carried out the second batch of credit rating of exhibition industry.

In April~August 2011, China Exhibition Halls Association joined hands with Tsinghua University to carry out the "Workshop on Safety Management for Large-scale Events - Specialized Training on Safety Standards for the Erection of Exhibition Booths and Other Protective Facilities", and the training*** was carried out for five phases, with more than 1,500 trainees from all over the country taking part in the training.
7. From May to July 2011, China Exhibition Hall Association carried out 2011 annual inspection and license renewal of the qualification of exhibition engineering enterprises and exhibition hall engineering departments.
8. On July 14, 2011, the Third Standing Council of the Seventh Session of the China Association of Exhibition Venues was held in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.
9. On July 15, 2011, the Third East-West China Exhibition Industry (Summit) Forum of China Exhibition Halls Association was held in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, and a deep investigation of Heilongjiang exhibition market was organized after the meeting.

September 14~17, 2011, the second exhibition management training course hosted by China Association of Exhibition Halls and organized by Xinjiang International Expo Center was held in Xinjiang International Expo Center (New Hall), ****there are more than 20 provinces and regions from the country's member units, the exhibition organization's management, business, and administrative departments in charge of the training.
11, November 3~12, 2011, at the invitation of Taipei World Trade Center, China Association of Exhibition Halls organized member enterprises to take part in the mainland conference and exhibition industry exchange group to visit Taiwan, to participate in the Sixth "Cross-Strait Conference and Exhibition Industry Seminar", and to visit and meet the local economic and trade groups and organizations, to promote the exchange and cooperation of the cross-strait conference and exhibition industry. November 6~14, 2011, the 7th "Global China Business Conference" was jointly organized by China Federation of Industrial Economics and Valencia Municipal Government of Spain, and more than 400 political and business leaders and elites from all over the world attended the conference, and Mr. Meng Xianzhong, Secretary General, attended the conference on behalf of China Association of Exhibition Centers. 13. November 9~12, 2011, the 78th UFI Annual Conference was held. Mr. Meng Xianzhong, the secretary-general of UFI, participated in the conference on behalf of China Association of Exhibition Centers (CAEC) and attended the related activities.
14. On December 12~17, 2011, CIECA organized member units to participate in the 4th Korea International Exhibition and Conference (Korea Expo Expo 2011), which was held in Beijing. The 4th Korea International Exhibition & Conference was hosted by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy of Korea, and organized by Korea Trade Center (KOTRA), Korea Exhibition Industry Association (AKEI), Seoul International Convention & Exhibition Center (COEX), and Korea Organizers & Exhibitors Association (KEOA). ***There are 250 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions including China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Algeria, Australia, the United States, France, Germany and South Korea, and 10,000 buyers are expected.
