4. Falsely reporting work-related injuries, forging or altering work-related injury identification and labor ability appraisal certification materials, or providing false work-related injury identification conclusions and labor ability appraisal conclusions to defraud work-related injury insurance benefits;

5. Forging or altering medical materials and medical documents, defrauding work-related injury insurance benefits, or using the identity of a work-related injury worker to seek medical treatment and configure assistive devices;

6. Others cheat social insurance benefits by means of fraud or forged certification materials.

The administrative department of social insurance will order the refund of the social insurance money defrauded, and impose a fine of more than 2 times and less than 5 times the amount defrauded, and include it in the list of serious social insurance untrustworthy people.
