District first aid center in the district under the leadership of the competent health department, subject to the municipal first aid center of industry management and first aid command and control, is responsible for the administrative district of pre-hospital medical emergency organization, coordination, scheduling and command work, inspection, supervise the network of medical institutions to implement the provisions of this regulation, and to perform the duties stipulated in the preceding paragraph, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth. The competent health department of the city may, according to the actual needs, determine the medical institutions that meet the conditions stipulated in the second, third and fourth subparagraphs of the preceding paragraph to undertake the pre-hospital medical emergency tasks. Article 10 The first-aid station shall perform the following duties:

(1) obey the command and dispatch of the first-aid center and undertake the pre-hospital medical emergency task;

(2) implement the twenty-four-hour response system, and timely treatment of emergency, critical and serious injuries and illnesses;

(3) do a good job in registering, storing and reporting the information on the pre-hospital medical emergencies in accordance with the relevant provisions;

(4) carry out the publicity of the knowledge of first aid, first-aid skills, and the work of the first-aid center. (D) to carry out first aid knowledge publicity, first aid skills training and other work;

(E) other duties prescribed by laws and regulations.
