If a person refuses to provide truthful information, he shall not be rescued. Article 6 the recipient shall not carry dangerous goods into the rescue station, the goods with them, in addition to the necessities of life, by the rescue station for safekeeping, to be returned to the recipient when he leaves the station. Article 7 The civil affairs departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government shall formulate a system of work and rest, hygiene and study for the recipients of aid stations. Recipients shall abide by the rules and regulations of the rescue station. If a rescue station finds that a recipient has intentionally provided false personal information, it shall terminate the rescue. The recipient leaves the rescue station without authorization, is regarded as giving up the rescue, the rescue station shall terminate the rescue. Article XVII of the rescue station has been implemented or rescue period expires, the recipient shall leave the rescue station. There is no valid reason for not wanting to leave the rescue station, the rescue station shall terminate the rescue.
