General Standards of Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial)
Chapter 1? General provisions
Article 1? In order to standardize the work of physical examination for civil servants, to protect the physical and mental health of civil servants, and to improve the quality of physical examination, this standard is formulated.
Article 2? Civil servants should be based on the relevant provisions of the State medical examination, adhere to the principles of science, fairness and objectivity.
Article 3? This standard applies to all levels of organs and their directly subordinate organizations to be recruited to serve as civil servants.
Chapter II? Physical examination items
Article 4? Measurement of height, weight and blood pressure shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) Male height shall not exceed 1.70 meters and weight shall not exceed 70 kilograms; female height shall not exceed 1.60 meters and weight shall not exceed 60 kilograms.
(2) blood pressure measurement should use a mercury sphygmomanometer, blood pressure should be in accordance with the following provisions:
1. systolic blood pressure (O pressure) does not exceed 140 millimeters of mercury;
2. diastolic blood pressure (S pressure) does not exceed 90 millimeters of mercury.
Article 5? Measurement of visual acuity shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) Naked eye visual acuity of not less than 5.0 in any one eye.
(2) Corrected visual acuity of not less than 5.2 in any one eye.
Article 6? Measurement of hearing shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
(i) Listening to hear the oral and chest wall reflexes shall not be less than 3 seconds;
(ii) Hearing thresholds are in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Mildly to moderately deaf: 35 decibels or more;
2. Severely deaf: 50 decibels or more.
Article 7? Measurement of the sense of smell shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) sniffing method shall not be less than 2 minutes, the results of sniffing shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Normal ability to discriminate between the various odors;
2. Normal ability to discriminate between chemicals and gases in general.
(ii) artificial respiration shall not be less than 10 minutes, artificial respiration should be two people present, observe the results of 10 minutes after the retest, the results should be in line with the following provisions:
1. independent respiratory ability is normal;
2. the ability to distinguish between general odors is normal.
Article 8? Measurement of color vision shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) the ability to discriminate between red, green and blue colors shall not be less than 50%;
(2) if the color vision is abnormal, it shall be specially trained and tested under the guidance of professionals.
Article 9? Push-ups, sit-ups, squats and other physical fitness programs should be measured in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) push-ups, sit-ups and other items should be completed 10, 15, 20, not less than 6 times;
(b) squats and other items should be completed in 3 groups of no fewer than 30 times each, not less than 15 times.
Chapter III? Physical examination requirements
Article 10? Physical examination should be comprehensive, objective, and accurately reflect the applicant's physical condition, to ensure that the results of the physical examination is accurate.
Article 11? The results of the physical examination of civil servants shall be reviewed by a professional, and sign confirmation. The results of the medical examination shall be deposited in the applicant's personal file for subsequent investigation.
Article 12? The results of the physical examination of civil servants shall be made public to facilitate the applicants and the relevant departments to understand. Candidates who do not meet the conditions of employment, should be informed of the reasons.
