How long is the time limit for the substantive examination of medical device advertisements by drug supervision departments?

According to the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices, the medical device advertisement examination organ shall, within 20 working days from the date of acceptance, examine the contents of advertisements according to law. The medical device advertisement examination organ shall report the approved medical device advertisement to the State Food and Drug Administration for the record.
