Changsha Yuelu Wastewater Treatment Plant is currently the largest wastewater treatment plant in Changsha, the plant is located in the west side of Sanchaji Bridge, covers an area of 184 acres, the daily treatment scale of 300,000 cubic meters. The project construction includes sewage treatment plant, Wangchengpo sewage lifting pumping station, Fubu River sewage lifting pumping station and supporting pipe network. Wangchengpo sewage lifting pumping station sewage lifting capacity of 200,000 tons per day, Fubu River sewage lifting pumping station sewage lifting capacity of 100,000 tons per day, supporting the pipeline network of self-flow sewage pipeline 7,900 meters, the pressure conveying pipeline 23,000 meters. The total investment of the project is 740 million yuan. in September 2005, the project began to support the construction of pipeline network and lifting pumping station, plant construction in May 2007 officially started, on October 31, 2008 put into operation.
