Therefore, it is reasonable and necessary to collect health fees.
As for why the elderly still need to pay fees after their death, the village Committee explained that this is because the collection of health fees is approved according to the number of registered households, not according to the actual number of residents. Therefore, even if the elderly at home die, they still need to pay the health fee according to the number of household registrations before the cancellation of household registration.
