June 22, the provincial Department of Finance issued the "Gansu Provincial Department of Finance on further increasing government procurement support for small and medium-sized enterprises notice" (Gan Cai Cai ﹝ 2022 ﹞ No. 16), requiring "in order to effectively reduce the burden of enterprise funds, reduce the cost of suppliers, stimulate the vitality of the main body of the market of government procurement, government procurement throughout the province. 1, since July 1, 2022, the center will no longer be received on behalf of the refund of government procurement projects (including other government procurement projects accepted by the center) of the bid deposit.
