2, distribution box, switch box production and installation requirements:
(1) The distribution box is made of iron plate or other fireproof and insulating materials, which is ventilated, radiating, rainproof and fireproof;
(2) All kinds of electrical appliances in the box should be installed on metal or other insulating boards (non-wooden boards) and fastened in the box. The metal bottom plate should be electrically connected with the box;
(3) The metal shell and base of the normally uncharged box must be connected to zero (grounding), connected by special terminals and separated from the protective neutral terminal board. All electrical connecting wires shall be insulated wires with reliable joints and shall not be exposed;
(4) Incoming and outgoing lines must use rubber insulated cables, and the incoming and outgoing lines should be located at the lower end face of the box with protective rings. Incoming (outgoing) wires should be well bent to prevent external forces.
3. The electrical rating and action setting value of the main distribution box should be compatible with the electrical rating and action setting value of the shunt switch. And install the master automatic switch, leakage protector and shunt automatic switch.
4. All kinds of electrical components and leakage protectors used in distribution boxes at all levels should meet the quality requirements of national standards.
5. The leakage protectors in distribution boxes at all levels should be arranged reasonably to play the role of grading and subsection protection.
6, leakage protector should be used in strict accordance with the product manual, and regular testing and operation records. Long-term idle and continuous use for more than a month, should be checked and tested before use.
7. Requirements for installing current-type low-voltage electric shock protector:
(1) The electric shock protector shall be intact, sensitive and reliable, and shall be selected according to the actual load current;
(2) The protected lines and electrical equipment should be well insulated, and the current position of the electric shock protector should be correctly selected;
(3) The wires passing through the electric shock protector should be twisted together, wrapped with gauze or adhesive tape and placed in the center. There should be no scattered wire harness within 200mm before and after contact protector;
(4) Electric shock protectors should be far away from AC electromagnetic fields, such as transformers, current transformers and motors. , and the installation distance of the AC contactor should be 400 mm;
⑤ The zero line after passing through the electric shock protector shall not be repeatedly grounded, and only the working zero line is allowed. The metal shell of the protected electrical equipment should be grounded by protection;
6. If the protection is connected to zero, the protection zero line should be led out before the switch of the electric shock protector.
8, each electrical equipment should have a dedicated switch, must implement "just one brake", it is forbidden to use one brake.
9, manual switch electrical appliances are only allowed to be used for direct control of lighting circuit and power circuit with capacity less than 3kw. At all levels, it should be clear that a special person is responsible for the configuration of the box, and regular inspection, maintenance and cleaning.
10, distribution box for inspection and maintenance, must cut off the corresponding power switch at the next higher level, and hung eye-catching "power outage maintenance" signs.
