Please check whether the fan model meets the design requirements, whether the impeller rotates correctly, whether the belt is loose, open the air supply valve and eliminate the factors of insufficient air supply.
(2) the system with secondary return air, secondary return air volume is too large. Please adjust to reduce the secondary return air volume.
③ There are many rooms in the air conditioning system, and the air volume distribution is uneven. Please adjust it so that the air volume in each room is evenly distributed.
2. The reason why the measured air volume of the system is greater than the designed air volume and the solution.
(1) The actual resistance of the system is less than the design resistance, so the fan air volume increases, and the fan revolution can be changed when conditions permit.
② When the fan capacity is too large during design, please turn down the air volume control valve to reduce the air volume.
3. The reason why the measured air volume is less than the design air volume and the solution.
(1) The actual resistance of the system is greater than the design resistance, and the air volume of the fan decreases. If conditions permit, improve the air duct components and reduce the system resistance.
② The system is blocked. Please check the possible blockage in the cleaning system.
(3) The system leaks, so it should be stopped.
(4) The fan fails to meet the design capacity or the impeller rotates in the wrong direction, and the belt slips. , and check and eliminate the factors that affect the fan output.
4, indoor noise is greater than the design requirements of the reasons and solutions.
① The fan noise is higher than the rated value. Please measure the fan noise, and check whether the fan impeller touches the casing, whether the bearing is damaged and whether the vibration absorption is good. Take appropriate measures.
(2) air duct, valve, tuyere wind speed is too large, resulting in airflow noise. Please adjust various valves and tuyeres to reduce excessive wind speed.
③ The noise elimination equipment of the air duct system is not perfect, so please install noise elimination elbow and other equipment.
5. The reasons and solutions for the large difference between the total air supply and the total air intake of the system.
① The air volume measurement method and calculation are incorrect, please check the measurement and calculation data.
(2) If the system leaks air or the air is short-circuited, please check the plugging and eliminate the short circuit.
