Currently, the east open-pit mine restoration project relocation, road and transmission and distribution transformation and other preliminary projects have been basically completed, the east open-pit mine restoration project is to promote the group to the main body of the diversified industrial structure of the transformation of the project to coal, electricity, shale oil, building materials, and so on, and the west open-pit mine after the cessation of the successor project. The project has an annual output of 11 million tons of oil shale, and after the project is put into operation, it can provide long-term, stable, high-quality and cheap raw materials and fuels for shale oil refinery and shale thermal power plant. At present, FMG has formed the production capacity of processing 6 million tons of mother-of-pearl shale and producing 180,000 tons of shale oil annually, and the actual output can reach 200,000 tons, making it one of the largest mother-of-pearl shale refineries in the world. FMG also takes the waste residues from shale oil refinery and shale thermal power plant as raw materials to expand the shale waste cement plant, which has now increased the original production capacity of 100,000 tons to produce 370,000 tons, and has been officially put into production and operation. According to the national industrial policies on wall material innovation and the use of solid waste to make bricks, the first phase of Fushan Shale Sintered Brick Plant has been officially put into operation. The project takes the green shale, coal gangue and shale refinery stripped from the west open-pit mine and the waste residue from the shale cogeneration plant as raw materials, with an annual production capacity of 60 million sintered bricks, and an annual utilization of 112,000 tons of waste residue, which really realizes the transformation of waste into treasure. It has been put into operation with good effect and the market is in short supply. Fushun Coalfield coal bed methane resources of 8.9 billion cubic meters, of which 4.8 billion cubic meters of recoverable reserves. The first phase of the coalbed methane development project has been completed and put into operation, with an annual output of 50 million cubic meters of coalbed methane, forming a system with a capacity to deliver 50 million cubic meters of coalbed methane to Shenyang City annually. The construction of two test wells is now under observation. Mine reclamation project is one of the important projects of the transformation of Fushun mine, the purpose is to restore the ecological environment of the mining area, improve the quality of the atmospheric environment in the region, so that mine waste resources, make full use of the existing land resources in the mining area to rationally develop the primary industry, has invested 7.5 million yuan to complete the Xishie field of the West Open Pit Mine water, electricity, road repair, construction of the yard and other projects, planting 8,000 acres of 2.9 million trees, planting grass 15,000 acres, reclaiming 2,000 acres of land. Comprehensive utilization of coal mining water project is also effective. Combined with the technological transformation of coal processing plant, Fuming Group Xitian Mine and Huotai Mine invested nearly 20 million RMB to manage the coal slurry water, realizing the recycling of coal washing wastewater in the plant and the recovery of coal slurry in the coal processing plant. The annual treatment of coal slurry water is 1.7 million tons, and the recycling of coal slurry is more than 300,000 tons. The circular economy makes the century-old mine rejuvenated.
