Easy operation steps
1
.
Turn on the machine in the
Diapact
CRRT
There is a power control switch on the back of the machine
ON/OFF
2
.
After turning on the power switch,
it is necessary to make sure that the two control systems detect the same,
and the user must compare the characteristic lines displayed on the screen,
and press the
EQ
key to make sure.
3
.
Use the
and
keys to select
Continuous Dialysis Therapy
and OK it with the
keys, then select
CVVH
and OK it with the
keys
.
4
.
After selecting the treatment method,
the machine starts the hardware self-test test,
A
relay self-test,
B
safety air detection hardware test,
C
safety air detection calibration,
D
red (blood) detector Self-test,
E
Blood leakage monitor test,
F
Zero pressure self-test
5
.
Hardware test passed for line installation and treatment parameter setting.
Piping installation steps:
A
Hang the saline bag and the replacement fluid bag on the scale.
B
Place the filter into the filter clamp with the vein (blue) end facing up.
C
Install and connect the fluid change tube (green), clamping the unused fitting.
D
Hook up the ultrafiltration collection bag to the scale and clamp the outlet.
E
Pass through the blood leak, install the ultrafiltration tube (yellow), and clamp the unused side tube.
F
Hang the IV collection bag to the infusion pole.
G
Install and connect the venous tubing (blue) and arterial tubing (red).
6
.
Confirm that the necessary clips are open and start the "pre-flush" blood pump to run automatically.
7
.
At the end of the preparation phase,
an audible signal appears and the system displays the function of the
Treatment Selection
,
follow the instructions on the display.
(If necessary, you can continue to flush by pressing the
Flush
key)
8
.
User parameterization can be automated with the "Enter Treatment" key.
9
.
Set the parameters through the "enter treatment" to enter the treatment state.
10
. Enter the treatment state. Use the
EQ
key to confirm the correction of the blood leakage, and the blood pump starts to rotate for blood circulation.
11
. Stop the blood pump to connect to the patient and adjust the blood pump rotation speed to check for normal arteriovenous pressure.
12
. When the blood pump runs
2-3
minutes without alarm you can start treatment, press the treatment
key to activate into the treatment.
Note
:
The arterial jug surface should be
50%
of jug height and the venous jug surface should be
80%
of jug height during treatment.
13
. End of treatment can be selected in the menu selection. When the End Treatment phase is activated,
although the rehydration pump stops, the blood pump
still rotates, at a reduced speed
(50 ml/min)
14.
The user removes the arterial line from the patient and connects it to the saline bag. The
banging fluid connected to the blood line (pre-
/
post-dilution) must be stopped. When the extracorporeal blood is returned to the body, the blood pump stops and the intravenous line is removed from the patient.
NOTE
: Activate the bag change function when a bag change is required. The rehydration pump stops and the bag change will not cause an alarm. After ending the bag change,
the bag change function must be deactivated.
The treatment process will then continue automatically.
After ending the bag change,
the IV pot fluid level must be checked.
