At the beginning of the year, the pharmacy revised its quality management system documents. After years of system operation, our quality management system documents are more standardized and operable. Through the implementation of the relevant provisions, once again clearly defined the job responsibilities of each position, build a complete supplement to the drug quality information files; drug quality files; staff education and training files; enterprise quality management system documents, etc.; to ensure that the quality of each position management work in an orderly manner.

I usually attach great importance to the quality of education and improve the quality of personnel; in order to meet the requirements of the GSP job configuration on the basis of a comprehensive participation in the city's pharmaceutical skills training center organized by the post and pharmacist professional and technical training, and constantly improve the level of professional knowledge. Meanwhile, this year, our pharmacy has been comprehensively checking and maintaining the condition of facilities and equipment, and upgrading computer maintenance to better ensure the needs of daily management and meet the requirements of GSP. In the business premises of the strict classification management of drugs, in the prescription drug area, non-prescription drug area, Chinese medicine area, non-drug area, unqualified drug area, return drug area, etc., based on a more scientific classification of the use of drugs.

Strictly implement the evaluation of supply customers and the approval system of the first enterprise to ensure the legitimacy of the supply unit and the procurement of drugs. We have established qualified supplier and first-operator customer files and adhere to the principle of "quality first and operating in accordance with the law"; we strictly implement the first-operator management system and procedures. In terms of drug quality acceptance, the acceptance officer of the store strictly carries out the provisions of the acceptance management system, in accordance with the requirements of the drug acceptance procedures for the purchase of drugs by batch number acceptance, and to strengthen the acceptance of imported drugs management.

When displaying medicines, we strictly implement the classification management of medicines, standardize the location of medicines and storage requirements, and organize the scientific classification display of medicines; we carry out the maintenance work according to the requirements of the GSP, and strengthen the maintenance and inspection of the key maintenance varieties, near-expiry varieties, and varieties prone to deterioration; and we reflect the quality of medicines suspected to be problematic to the quality controller in a timely manner; and we have achieved the purpose of actively preventing and ensuring the quality of medicines. Doing a good job in drug sales and after-sales service is the root of the store's survival and development, first of all, in strict accordance with the license approved by the mode and scope of operation to carry out drug sales activities. Secondly, we strictly follow the principle of "first-in-first-out, first-in-first-out, first-in-first-out in the near future" to make sure that the quantity of drugs sold is accurate and the quality of drugs is intact; we check whether the appearance and quality of the drugs meet the requirements and whether they are shipped in accordance with the principle of near-expiry date before the sale of all the drugs. The company also collects information on adverse reactions to medicines sold in the pharmacy.
