Sealing Machine Instructions
When the sealing machine is working normally, it is strictly prohibited to put the hand or hard objects into the sealing head and the sealing bottom, so as to avoid damage to the equipment and danger. The silicone rubber strip on the sealing bottom is forbidden to be scratched with sharp objects to prevent the rubber strip from being damaged and affecting the sealing quality; the PTFE cloth on the sealing head and sealing bottom should be replaced regularly to ensure the sealing quality of the finished products and to reduce the breakage rate.
After sealing, the finished bag should be carefully placed in a suitable place, and be cooled down naturally for 2-3 seconds before moving, and should not be squeezed or hit immediately to avoid leakage.
The quality of the packaging film has a greater impact on the sealing quality, the user must pay attention to the choice of packaging film to understand the manufacturer's film performance indicators (such as heat sealing, heat strength, permeability, composite strength and thickness requirements, etc.).
The poor quality of the packaging film (such as uneven thickness, low composite strength, poor heat sealing performance, etc.) should be timely feedback to the film plant, and require proper handling. Under the condition that all technical indexes of packaging film conform to the corresponding national standards, the thickness of film adapted to this machine is 0.06～0.15mm.
