Supervision right: consumers have the right to supervise goods and services and the protection of consumers' rights and interests. Have the right to report and accuse violations of consumers' rights and interests, and have the right to make criticisms and suggestions on the protection of consumers' rights and interests.

If an operator commits one of the following acts, the consumer may demand compensation.

The Measures for Punishment of Consumer Fraud stipulates that one of the following acts is consumer fraud:
Selling adulterated, fake and shoddy goods;
