List of tariff rates for imported goods

Import tariffs are duties levied by a country's customs on imported goods and articles. Transit tariffs are no longer used by countries and export taxes are rarely used. The tariffs usually referred to mainly refer to import tariffs.

The list of tariff rates for imported goods in China

According to the current regulations:

I. Inbound resident travelers carrying inbound personal articles for personal use obtained outside the country with a total value of 5,000 yuan (including 5,000 yuan), the Customs shall be exempted from customs duties, and a single species shall be limited to a reasonable quantity for personal use; inbound resident travelers carrying inbound personal articles in excess of 5,000 yuan (including 5,000 yuan), the Customs shall be exempted from duties. RMB 5,000 yuan of personal use of imported articles, the Customs audit is for personal use, the Customs only on the excess part of the personal use of the imported articles tax, on the indivisible single articles, the full amount of tax.

Two, on the issue of reasonable quantity for personal use, ? Self-use? refers to the traveler's own use, gifts to friends and relatives and not for sale or rent. Reasonable amount? refers to the Customs and Excise Department in accordance with the purpose of the traveler and the normal amount of time required to stay.

Third, if you are carrying goods for your own use and need to bring them back out of the country, please declare them to the Customs at the time of entry, fill in and keep the Declaration Form, and submit the original entry Declaration Form to the Customs at the time of exit, and the goods will be exempted from tax. In the actual customs clearance procedures, the interpretation and audit of the Customs at the port of entry shall prevail.
