Because of the complex functions and high-tech content, the design of intelligent hospital involves many scientific fields such as architecture, nursing, health and bioengineering. In addition, the rapid development of medicine and the mutual penetration and combination with various modern high-tech technologies all affect the design of hospital functional layout. How to design a hospital has become a top priority for medical and health departments and architectural design departments. According to my practical experience in hospital engineering, the author expounds and discusses the design scheme and difficulties of intelligent hospital.
Intelligent hospital is a special category of intelligent hospital, which adds some or all of the "intelligent" functions of intelligent hospital to the architectural design of general hospitals.
An intelligent hospital usually consists of three systems, namely, communication automation (CA), office automation (OA) and building automation (BA), which are combined to realize system integration.
In specific design, intelligent hospitals usually include the following weak current systems and information communication; Broadcasting equipment monitoring; * * * Safety management; Integrated wiring; Office automation; System integration.
Intelligent hospital is to improve the "intelligent" function of buildings on the basis of ordinary hospitals. Although the clients are the same as ordinary hospitals, they cannot be compared with ordinary hospitals in medical environment. Ordinary hospitals basically have no central air conditioning system, hot water supply system and weak current system, but only basic call system, telephone system and radio and television system. Intelligent hospital is an architect's careful design of the appearance, color, internal functional layout and spatial environment of the building. In order to meet people's psychological and physiological needs, air conditioning, ventilation system, central heating system and ward are designed into a small hotel, with independent sanitary and telephone, radio and television equipment and shower facilities. The design of weak current system adopts most intelligent systems in intelligent buildings, and realizes computer management of building equipment, networking of medical services and management automation.
Intelligent hospital building is a special building with intelligent building function. Although they have many similarities in the form of intelligent system, the emphasis of system design is naturally different because of different service objects and different purposes. The former emphasizes the concept of serving patients, such as: how to provide radio and television services for some patients and meet the requirements of fire regulations in ward design; In the aspect of building automation, we should increase the monitoring of heating water pipes, oxygen supply and suction equipment according to the characteristics of hospitals; How does the security system solve the management and control of the off-duty entrance in the ward area and meet the requirements of the fire code for channel evacuation? In addition, smart hospitals have some systems dedicated to hospital patient service, which are usually not available in intelligent buildings.
Because the hospital itself is the only user and the service object is the patient, the intelligent hospital building has practical and clear requirements for the realization of LAN function and the weak current system in the building. Compared with those "intelligent buildings" that only seek false reputation, it is easier to realize system integration and will better reflect the "gold content" of intelligent hospitals.
