Implementing government procurement-related systems and regulations, it carries out the specific operation of government procurement projects; accepting the entrustment of government procurement management departments, administrative institutions and some enterprise units to carry out the centralized procurement of goods, works or service projects on their behalf; organizing government procurement activities in various ways, such as bidding, negotiation and quotation; organizing the evaluation of bids for government procurement projects, and determining the suppliers of procurement projects; It organizes the signing of contracts between user units and suppliers, organizes users, evaluation committees and supervisory committees*** to supervise the implementation of contracts with them, and conducts return visits to both purchasing and selling parties; coordinates the differences between the two sides in the process of contract implementation; and forms and maintains the government procurement supplier information database and commodity information database.
The center's existing staff of 30 people, all of whom have bachelor's degree or above, covering law, accounting, Chinese, electrical automation, computers, information management, construction engineering, pharmacy and other aspects of professional and technical personnel.
