Outpatient and Emergency Services
1. The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day.
2. General outpatients: please cooperate in checking the health code (place code) and trip code, cooperate in taking temperature and epidemiological history investigation, and enter the outpatient consultation area in an orderly manner. Outpatient surgeries and outpatient consultations that require mask removal must be reported as negative within 24 hours.
3. The following people should go to the fever clinic:
① Fever;
② Health code red code;
③ From the high-risk area;
④ Epidemiological history of new coronary pneumonia, no fever but with 11 categories of symptoms, such as dry cough, malaise, sore throat, reduced sense of smell (taste), and diarrhea;
4. Non-emergency yellow code, No code (epidemic-related pop-ups) please complete the nucleic acid sampling in the community and wait for the health code to be changed to green code before coming to the hospital.
5. Please make an appointment for treatment (except for patients with acute and serious illnesses) through WeChat public number, telephone, website and Alipay. Please come to the hospital 10 minutes in advance to pick up the number according to the appointment time slot, and stagger the consultation. If you can't get to the hospital, please cancel the appointment through the original booking channel, and resume the appointment booking and blacklist system from now on.
6. Patients with chronic diseases in stable condition can choose "Internet Hospital" through the WeChat public number of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heavy Medicine for follow-up prescriptions, and the drugs will be delivered to their homes.
7. Not accompanied by non-essential. If you have any inconvenience, you can only have one accompanying person.
8. Please wear a mask throughout the hospital, keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter in line, and pay attention to cough etiquette and hand hygiene. When you visit the hospital, you will be treated as one doctor, one patient, one consulting room.
9. Carrying information: ID card, medical insurance card, a variety of existing examination, treatment records, information.
Hospitalization Services
1., presenting the Yukon code, trip code, place code scanning code checking normal for admission procedures. People from low-risk and normalized control areas with a green Yukon code can be admitted with a negative nucleic acid report within 24 hours
2. During the hospitalization period, no escort is kept for non-essential reasons, and only one fixed escort is allowed due to the need of the condition. Patients and their companions are not allowed to come and go from the ward at will, and do not leave the hospital area during the hospitalization period. Please wear a mask, wash your hands regularly, do not hang around, do not gather, and actively cooperate with the completion of the daily health monitoring and other related requirements.
