Other municipal units: State Grid Handan Power Supply Company, State Grid Baoding Power Supply Company, State Grid Xingtai Power Supply Company, State Grid Cangzhou Power Supply Company, State Grid Hengshui Power Supply Company, State Grid Xiongan Power Supply Company.
County (city, district) units: 98 county (city, district) power supply enterprises in the six regions of Shijiazhuang, Handan, Baoding, Xingtai, Cangzhou and Hengshui.
Three, the first batch of recruitment scope and method
(a) the scope of recruitment
National unified recruitment plan within the ordinary full-time public institutions in 2018 fresh non-directional graduates; graduated during the period of September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018, and before October 31, 2018 to obtain the Ministry of Education of the State academic qualifications certification of foreign graduates (territory).
The specific recruitment scope is as follows: doctoral and master's degree students majoring in electrical engineering, graduates of the first batch of undergraduates majoring in electrical engineering (graduates of the former electric power colleges and universities majoring in electrical engineering can be referred to); master's degree students majoring in telecommunication, accounting and finance, and graduates of undergraduates majoring in other engineering (excluding graduates of the third batch of the college entrance examination admitted to the college entrance examination).
(2) Recruitment Methods
1. Doctoral students, master's degree graduates of 985, 211 institutions and six institutions under the former Ministry of Electric Power majoring in electrical engineering, and master's degree graduates of 985 institutions majoring in computer science and communications may be given priority in recruiting through the campus, and the employment intention will be reached with the outstanding graduates on the basis of merit, and then the contract will be signed after the approval of the State Grid Corporation.
2. Master's degree holders of other colleges and universities majoring in electrical engineering, telecommunication, accounting and other engineering disciplines, one batch of graduates majoring in electrical engineering, and one batch of graduates majoring in telecommunication, accounting and other engineering disciplines (excluding graduates of the third batch of college entrance exams) are required to participate in the first batch of the State Grid's unified recruitment written examination and interviews, and reach employment intentions with outstanding graduates based on the examination results, and report to the State Grid for approval before signing contracts. Reach employment intentions, reported to the State Grid Corporation approved the signing of the contract.
Four, the first batch of recruitment basic conditions
(a) abide by national laws and regulations, have good moral character and moral quality, agree with the company's integrity, responsibility, innovation, contribution of the core values, have a good sense of teamwork, and no crime and violation of school discipline records.
(ii) Recruitment majors refer to the major, excluding the minor. The scope of recruitment majors is as follows:
1. Mainly recruiting graduates majoring in electrical engineering, including: electrical engineering, power system and its automation, high voltage and insulation technology, electrical engineering and automation.
2. Moderate recruitment of graduates of telecommunications, accounting and other engineering majors.
Telecommunications majors mainly include information and communication engineering, communication and signal processing, electronics and communication engineering, computer application technology, software engineering, information security, computer science and technology.
The Finance and Accounting category mainly includes majors such as Accounting and Financial Management.
Civil construction majors mainly include civil construction, line engineering and other majors.
Mechanical power majors mainly include thermal power majors.
Environmental and chemical materials majors mainly include chemical engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering and other majors.
(3) International students graduated from foreign institutions are required to meet one of the following conditions:
1. Master's degree with undergraduate admission to the first batch of the college entrance examination.
2. Graduated from a master's degree or undergraduate program, and the graduating institution is ranked among the top 100 universities in the world in the last three years. Institutional rankings are mainly based on Times Higher Education World University Rankings, QS World University Rankings, Academic Ranking of World Universities and USNews American University Rankings.
(iv) The age of undergraduates, master's degree holders and doctoral degree holders is generally within 25 years old, 28 years old and 33 years old respectively.
(e) The graduates are in good health and are able to adapt to the work of electric power enterprises, and have passed the physical examination by the hospital designated by the Company with relevant qualifications.
(f) If the following conditions are met, priority will be given to recruitment under the same conditions:
1. Excellent performance during the school period, high overall quality, and the title of three good students and excellent student cadres at school level and above.
2. Obtain the national vocational qualification certificate of the corresponding specialty.
3. Graduates of undergraduate programs should score 425 points or above in the National University English IV examination, and graduate students should score 425 points or above in the National University English VI examination, and other languages should reach the corresponding qualification level.
4. The first volunteer to apply for our graduates.
V. First Batch Recruitment Plan
As the recruitment plan for 2018 has not yet been determined, the recruitment plan issued by the higher unit shall prevail at that time. The first recruitment plan is tentatively set as follows:
(I)
Electrotechnical specialties: doctoral, master's degree and undergraduate batch of plans for about 210 people. Applicable positions: grid planning and design technology, substation maintenance technology, substation operation and maintenance technology, substation equipment maintenance, substation operation and maintenance, relay and automatic control device operation and maintenance, regulation and control operation duty, transmission line operation and inspection, distribution line and equipment operation and inspection, agricultural network operation, maintenance and overhaul.

Telecommunications: master's degree and undergraduate (excluding the third batch of graduates admitted to the college entrance examination) plans about 70 people. Applicable positions: information systems overhaul and maintenance, information and communication monitoring and scheduling, communication operation and maintenance overhaul, information and communication engineering construction.
(3) Finance and accounting: master's degree and undergraduate (excluding the third batch of graduates admitted to the college entrance examination) plan about 25 people. Applicable positions: electricity verification and finance, accounting/financial analysis, fund management, asset/property management, budget/cost management and other positions.
(D) other engineering majors: master's degree and undergraduate (excluding the third batch of graduates admitted to the college entrance examination) plan about 25 people. Applicable positions: transmission line planning and design, transmission line construction, transmission line operation and inspection, chemical environmental protection technology.
