(7) The construction unit shall take measures to prevent or reduce various dusts at the construction site. Exhaust gas, waste water, solid waste and noise. Vibration pollution and harm to people and the environment.
(8) The construction unit shall separate the working area and living area at the construction site. Temporarily erected buildings at the construction site should undergo design calculations, and prefabricated mobile homes should have product certificates. (10) Operators have the right to criticize, report and accuse working conditions, operating procedures and working methods that endanger personal safety and health, and have the right to refuse illegal instructions. (11) The construction unit shall establish a responsibility system for the purchase, use, regular inspection, repair and maintenance of safety protection equipment and mechanical equipment.
