Application conditions
(1) The shipper has the qualifications to engage in activities such as production, sale, use and disposal of radioactive materials, and has legal reasons for transportation;
(2) Transport packaging containers for radioactive items that meet the requirements and be equipped with necessary radiation monitoring equipment, protective supplies, and anti-theft and anti-vandal equipment;
(3) There are transportation instructions for this time, and nuclear and radiation accidents Emergency response guidelines, loading and unloading operation methods, and safety protection guidelines; if necessary, one type of radioactive items must have a nuclear and radiation safety analysis report for the transportation of radioactive items approved by the nuclear safety regulatory department of the State Council;
(4) Roads After transporting radioactive items into containers, surface contamination and radiation levels should be monitored by a qualified radiation monitoring agency or shipper, and comply with national safety standards for the transportation of radioactive items;
(5) Carrier units, vehicles, and drivers Personnel who are directly engaged in the transportation of radioactive materials shall be trained on radioactive material transportation safety and emergency response knowledge and pass the assessment. ?
