Linear bearing installation

3. Tighten the positioning screws of linear bearing from the center to both sides in turn, so that the track is attached to the vertical installation surface. Tighten them from the center to both ends to obtain stable accuracy. After the vertical datum plane is slightly tightened, the locking force of the horizontal datum plane is strengthened, so that linear bearing can actually fit the horizontal datum plane.
4. Use a torque wrench to lock the torque one by one according to various materials, and slowly tighten the positioning screw of linear bearing slide rail.
5. Install the auxiliary guide rail with the same installation method, and install the slide seat on the main guide rail and the auxiliary guide rail respectively. Note that after the linear slide rail is installed on the slide seat, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to the limited installation space, so all necessary accessories must be installed at this stage.
6. Gently place the mobile platform on the sliding seats of the main rail and the auxiliary rail of linear bearing, then lock the lateral fastening screws on the mobile platform, and complete the installation and positioning.
