Wire for four-hole socket

General industrial equipment adopts three-phase four-wire system, that is, three live wires 1 zero wire (commonly known as zero wire). The connection mode is that the neutral wire is connected to the thickest and largest terminal, and the rest are connected to three live wires. If the phase sequence of electrical equipment is considered, the two live wires can be adjusted at will if they are reversed.

Three-phase socket is a kind of socket. Its socket panel has four holes (connected to three-phase live wire and 1 neutral wire), and the power supply voltage is generally 380V AC (mostly AC electrical equipment in industry), which provides a convenient power supply device for it. Three-phase electricity is a transmission form of electric energy, the full name of which is three-phase AC power supply. It is a group of three-phase electricity with equal amplitude, equal frequency and phase angle difference of 120 degrees, which is generated by a three-phase generator with three windings.

Connection:

The three-phase (440V 25A/32A) on the right is generally a four-hole socket, and the L 1, L2 and L3 phase lines are added with zero wires without grounding wires, or the zero wires are changed into grounding wires according to the needs of electrical equipment.

Blue wire (it can be changed to yellow-green double-color ground wire according to the needs of electrical equipment)-zero wire.

In the order of yellow, green and red, then L 1, L2 and L3. If the phase sequence is inconsistent with the electrical equipment, any two phases can be switched.

If the voltage is 220V, please use a three-core plug. Connect the red line to the fire line as required, the green line to the work zero line, the yellow line to the protection ground line, and another line to suffocate it. To connect the plug accurately, you can turn the plug upside down. One end with "L" is the live wire, the other end with "N" is the working ground wire (i.e. the zero wire), and the other end is the protective ground wire.
