Sludge conveying system
Consists of receiving silo, screw feeder, plug valve, sludge pump and pipeline. The hydraulic part of the whole system adopts Italian pumps and valves. The screw feeder is connected to the silo with a plug valve for easy maintenance. The pusher adopts the design of S swing pipe. The sludge cake with about 85% water content is unloaded into the silo by trucks, fed into the hydraulic pusher through the screw feeder, and the pusher conveys the sludge through the pipeline, the whole process is odorless, and it can realize long-distance and large head conveying without polluting the environment at the same time. The pipeline can be set flexibly according to the building structure, the conveying volume is accurate, equipped with communication interface to realize remote control. The traditional conveying methods such as belts and bucket lifting can also be used.
Greenhouse heating system
Consisting of solar collector, hot water collector, thermostatic water tank and PLC control, the hot water collector is connected with tap water replenishment pipe, and there is a water solenoid valve on the tap water replenishment pipe, and there is a water level sensor in the hot water collector; the PLC controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve of the water source based on the water level signal output from the said water level sensor to replenish the hot water collector automatically to realize timed and quantitative water supply. Realize timed and quantitative water supply, the amount of water in the hot water tank can be controlled according to the actual situation. Through the safety exhaust valve to release steam, and through the heating control valve to control the collector array heating area, to ensure the stability and safety of the system operation.
Greenhouse system
Consists of greenhouse main body, inner heat preservation part, ventilation part, heating part and weather station. The main body of the greenhouse is a Wenluo type sunshine plate greenhouse with hollow glass on the sunny side. Insulation curtain is selected to reduce the loss of radiant heat. Ventilation adopts fans, and the top adopts butterfly-shaped staggered windows, which can be automatically switched on and off according to the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, and light level. The heating system is designed according to JGJ142-2004 Technical Regulations for Floor Radiation Heating. The temperature sensor adopts Toky-100 from Japan, with a resolution of 0.1℃. Humidity sensor adopts Humier-15 of the United States, with a resolution of 0.5%. The wind speed and direction sensor and light sensor are selected from Davis, USA, with reliable performance. Sludge Turnover Fabrication System
Consisting of sludge spreader, screw feeder, belt conveyor, dry silo, hazardous gas detector, industrial monitoring system and so on. The automatic sludge turning machine is a frequency conversion motor, which can automatically adjust the speed of turning sludge, so that the sludge can be evenly turned to realize the surface renovation and evaporation of water. The process also plays a role in supplying oxygen to the sludge, avoiding the local anaerobic bacteria breeding in the sludge and releasing malodorous gases. The system is installed with H2S and NH3 detectors for real-time monitoring.
Control system
Automation control system adopts the basic control mode of configuration software + PLC, the upper computer realizes the monitoring and control of each equipment by communicating with PLC and intelligent meter, and PLC can run independently through internal program. The upper computer adopts Taiwan Advantech industrial computer, the production process route in the computer interface can simulate the display. The process parameter point data can realize the computer interface display, adjustment, setting, and enter the program. The process running parameters can be randomly accessed and printed, and fault monitoring can realize the instantaneous recording and alarm function of fault point, fault type and occurrence time. Configured with intelligent power meter, real-time recording of energy consumption data of drying process and discount drying cost.
