After detecting the Z-axis raised in place signal, the X-axis stops moving after moving right above the machine's chuck, and then the X-axis in place signal is detected. After detecting the X-axis in place signal, the Z-axis moves down to the specified height and then stops moving, at which time the axis of the steel axis is concentric with the axis of the machine chuck, and then detects the Z-axis in place signal.
After the Z-axis in place signal is detected, the hand claw opens and the steel axis is placed on the two support frames of the lathe. After detecting the signal of hand claw opening, the Z-axis rises to the specified height, and the machine spindle starts to begin machining.
The loading time is about 20 seconds, here is the time estimated by the running speed, according to the specific height of the machine tool, the height and position of the loading frame to accurately calculate the loading time.
2, industrial robot feeding process
After getting the machine tool processing is completed, the spindle has stopped rotating, the Z-axis began to fall at the same time the claws open. After detecting that the Z-axis descends to a specific height and there are steel axes inside both claws, the claws are closed. After detecting that both paws are closed, the Z-axis is raised to the specified height. After detecting the signal that the Z-axis is raised into position, the X-axis moves up the lower shelf. After detecting the signal of X-axis in place, Z-axis moves downward to the specified height and then stops moving, and then detects whether the steel axle has been placed on the lower material shelf. After detecting that the steel shaft has indeed been placed on the lower shelf, the hand claw opens. After detecting the pawl opening signal, the Z-axis starts to raise to the specified height and check the Z-axis in place signal. After detecting the signal of Z-axis elevation in place, X-axis starts to move to the specified position in the direction of the upper feeder and starts to grab a steel shaft to complete the feeding process.
