"Measurement Law," the first paragraph of Article IX provides that the people's governments above the county level measurement of the administrative departments of the public measurement of standard instruments, departments and enterprises, institutions, the use of the highest measurement of standard instruments, as well as used for trade settlement, security protection, medical and health, environmental monitoring included in the mandatory verification directory of the work of measuring instruments, the implementation of mandatory verification. Engineering construction period sampling of testing equipment where the mandatory calibration of measuring instruments, must be calibrated according to law. The expiration date is not calibrated or unqualified, shall not be used.
