According to the relevant provisions of the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government has decided to cancel 66 administrative license matters, including the Approved Registration of Consumer Goods Fairs and Exhibitions. According to the relevant provisions of the "Chinese People's *** and State Administrative License Law", the Shanghai Municipal People's Government has decided to cancel the "approval of the registration of consumer goods fairs" and other 66 municipal government regulations and municipal government regulatory documents set by the administrative licensing matters.
This decision shall come into force on July 1, 2004, and shall be implemented as of the same date.
