Policies and regulations do not allow as collateral include

What is not allowed to be used as collateral includes:

(1) land ownership;

(2) collectively owned land use rights such as homesteads, self-owned land, and self-owned land, except those that can be mortgaged in accordance with the law;

(3) educational facilities, healthcare facilities and other educational facilities of nonprofit legal persons established for public welfare, such as schools, kindergartens, and healthcare facilities public welfare facilities;

(iv) property whose ownership and right of use are unknown or disputed;

(v) property that has been seized, impounded or supervised in accordance with the law;

(vi) other property that cannot be mortgaged as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
