The State Taxation Bureau of Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City has set up three business units at the level of the main section, namely: Information Center, Ticket Center and Organ Service Center.
(I) Information Center
Organizes the construction of information system at this level; implements the information system management system and technical standards; is responsible for the management and maintenance of the computer network, equipment, application systems and databases; participates in the development of application software of the higher level organizations; is responsible for the application of tax-control apparatus in the promotion and the technical training work to provide technical support for the taxation business; is responsible for the computer information security technical work.
(2) Ticket Center
Responsible for planning, receiving, issuing and keeping of invoices, as well as receiving and issuing of discount certificates; responsible for the identification of invoices; responsible for the collection of used and obsolete cards; responsible for the management of taxpayers' application for ordering invoices; responsible for organizing the special checking of invoices; responsible for filling in all kinds of invoices statements; Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership.
(3) Organization Service Center
Develops and implements the rules and regulations of the Bureau's logistic services and administrative affairs; is responsible for the organization and management of the Bureau's logistic services; is responsible for the Bureau's comprehensive governance work; is responsible for the Bureau's procurement, storage, distribution and maintenance of office supplies; is responsible for the Bureau's property management, safety and security, health care, equipment management and property management, and so on.
