In my opinion, the automobile industry in Russia is not as developed as in Europe and the United States for the following reasons:

Laziness leads to procrastination and loss of enterprise and ambition. Any multinational must be ambitious, but Russian factories are self-sufficient and easily satisfied with the status quo.
4. No good policies. A country's manufacturing sector is an important indicator of a country's overall strength.
