The top 10 enterprises, namely the top 10 best service outsourcing parks in China, is one of the TOP series of awards initiated and implemented exclusively by Dingtao (China Outsourcing Network), which covers the 20 model cities for service outsourcing in China as well as the major outsourcing parks in other regions. It is also a certification badge for a Korean run-and-gun game.
The TOP10 Award, also known as the Top 10 Best Outsourcing Parks in China, is one of the TOP series of awards initiated and implemented exclusively by Dingtao (China Outsourcing Network), covering 20 major outsourcing parks in China's model cities of service outsourcing and other regions, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Dalian, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Harbin, Chengdu, Nanjing, Xi'an, Jinan, Hangzhou, Hefei, Nanchang, Changsha, Daqing, Suzhou, Wuxi, and so on. The parks covered by the award are all representative parks with a certain scale in China's service outsourcing industry, as well as some service outsourcing parks with good development trend and regional characteristics. It aims to reflect the overall situation of China's service outsourcing parks from multiple aspects and provide strong support for the TOP10 selection.
Chinasourcing-China Service Outsourcing Parks TOP10 selection results are released on May 16th every year. The purpose of the selection is to truly reflect the development of China's service outsourcing industrial parks, to see the capacity and potential of China's industrial carriers, to promote representative parks and share successful experiences, to lead China's service outsourcing parks to find a Chinese and localized path of development. It will lead China's service outsourcing parks to find a Chinese and localized development path, successfully cultivate China's local outsourcing enterprises, prosper the local outsourcing market, and achieve leapfrog development of China's service outsourcing industry. The results of the evaluation will truly and fairly reflect the development level and capability of China's service outsourcing parks, and provide a scientific basis and basic data for the government to formulate preferential policies for the service outsourcing industry and the location of service outsourcing enterprises.
The questionnaire for the TOP10 selection was developed by Tianjin Dingtao Outsourcing Service Co., Ltd, experts from Dingtao Outsourcing Service Research Center, and industry insiders, enterprises and parks after many face-to-face interviews and demonstration studies. The basic contents of the questionnaire include: park profile, outsourcing industry, infrastructure, industrial environment, human resources, comprehensive cost and representative enterprises, etc. The questionnaire is designed based on the concept of outsourcing industry in the park. The design of the questionnaire is based on the actual development of the outsourcing industry in the park, follows the law of outsourcing industry development, combines the actual needs of domestic and foreign outsourcing enterprises, and strives to form a comprehensive and fair judgment and assessment of the current situation of China's service outsourcing industrial parks.
